English by default, Polish and Russian on demand. No brochure clichés in any of them.

Local knowledge

I live 15 minutes from the closest castle. The best stories never make it to Wikipedia.

Fair, flat pricing

700 PLN for a Wrocław day of up to 8 hours. Local station meeting: 600 PLN. Prague pickup or intercity travel: 800 PLN; Express transfer: 700 PLN. Fuel is paid directly at the pump; admission and parking are separate. Longer outings cost extra by prior agreement.
