Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the 100 Castles website or booking our services. By using our website or services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. About Our Services

100 Castles provides guided tour and transportation services in Lower Silesia (Poland), Northern Bohemia (Czech Republic), and surrounding regions. Our services are legally structured as car rental with driver under Polish law. The agreement is concluded in Poland and is subject to Polish law.

2. Booking and Confirmation

• Bookings are confirmed only after receiving written confirmation from Vasily via email
• A booking is considered final when both parties have agreed on date, route, and price
• We recommend booking 2–4 weeks in advance, especially during peak season (May–September)
• Last-minute bookings may be available subject to availability

3. Pricing and Payment

• All prices are communicated in Polish Złoty (PLN) or Euros (EUR) and confirmed before the tour
• Tour prices include transportation and guide services
• Entry fees to castles and attractions are not included unless specifically agreed
• Payment details (cash or transfer) are agreed upon at booking

4. Cancellation Policy

• More than 48 hours notice: Full cancellation, no charge
• Less than 48 hours notice: 50% of agreed tour price may be charged
• Weather cancellations: Always free of charge — your safety comes first
• Guide cancellations: In the unlikely event we must cancel, you will receive a full refund or reschedule offer

5. Liability and Safety

• We carry appropriate vehicle insurance for passenger transport
• Guests participate in all activities at their own risk
• 100 Castles is not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage to property unless caused by proven negligence
• We reserve the right to modify or end a tour in the interest of safety
• Clients are responsible for their own travel insurance

6. Conduct

We ask all guests to treat historical sites, nature, and local communities with respect. We reserve the right to end a tour without refund if a guest's behavior endangers others or causes damage to property.

7. Accuracy of Information

We make every effort to ensure the information on this website is accurate and up to date. Opening hours, entry fees, and accessibility of sites may change without notice. We recommend confirming details for specific sites before your visit.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website (text, photographs, design) is owned by 100 Castles unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce or redistribute it without permission.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Poland. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Polish courts.
